First of all, I would like to thank all the founding members and directors of Taiwan Neuroimmunology Medical Society (TNMS) for their support in order to be successfully vote me as the first chairman. I will be deeply responsible for the society in the coming years. In the early days of the establishment, everything was busy, and the execution of various branches depended on Hsu Jung-Lung, the head of the Department of Neurology of Tucheng Chang Gung Hospital, the secretary general of the TNMS and the chairmen of the various committees, who were responsible for overall planning and membership service.
Issues related to medical and health care in Taiwan are very complex and close, and the Society will play a certain role in the formulation of medical policy in the future. The future goal of the Society is not only to continuously promote the development of neuroimmunology in the academic field, but also to encourage scholars and experts of the Society to participate in practical work and promote evidence-based medical policy formulation. The Society will also actively expand its connections with relevant international groups and establish a transnational interactive network to enhance the exposure and influence of Taiwanese Neuroimmunology Research in the world.
The main goal of this association is to provide a professional platform and integrate national resources related to various neuroimmune diseases, with a view to publishing in internationally renowned academic journals, enhancing the international visibility of the TNMS and the research capabilities of young physicians. In the future, we will provide correct medical knowledge and treatment methods to patients with related diseases in our country, and guide correct medical treatments. It will be committed to promote the research and development of neuroimmunology and invite domestic and foreign scholars to give speeches, share the application and development of neuroimmunology, and provide the latest research results to the neuromedical community for reference.
Based on the above plan, various seminars and activities related to neuroimmunological diseases will be held in turn in the North, Central and South in the future. We hope that all members can participate in the grand event and make joint efforts to make the Taiwan Neuroimmunology Medical Society more perfect. Do not hesitate to provide suggestions to improve the quality of this service.
Finally, I wish you all peace, happiness and good health!
